Foreign Collaboration

The Gujarat Ayurved University is a pioneer institution and has made outstanding contribution in globalization of Ayurveda. The University has virtually achieved the status of an International University.  Nine foreign institutions engaged in the teaching and training of Ayurveda have signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Gujarat Ayurved University for collaboration in the field of education and research in Ayurveda. These institutions are as under:  

• The Institute of Traditional Oriental Medicine, Japan

• Foundation De Salud Ayurveda Prema (Prema Ayurveda Trust of Health), Argentina

• Natura Farm GMBH, Germany

• European Institute for Scientific Research on Ayurveda, The Netherlands

• Reidmann International college for Complimentary Medicine, Tel.Aviv, Israel

• Mahindra Institute of Ayurveda, Germany

• Central council for Research in Ayurveda & Siddha, New Delhi

• International Ayurveda Foundation (IAF) Indian Br., Mumbai

Earlier, the Government of India had signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NAAMI (Ayu) Institute of Russia in which Gujarat Ayurved University is also one of the implementing authorities.
