The 1st
International Seminar was organized on
Ayurveda and other Traditional Medicines: Scope
& Challenges in 21st Century during
January 5-7, 2000. It was well attended by 1020
delegates including 70 delegates from 18 foreign
countries.
The 2nd
International Seminar on Ayurveda was
organized during January 5-7, 2001. It included:
1) Workshop on globalization of Ayurvedic
education, 2) Symposium on International
acceptance of Ayurvedic formulations, 3) Seminar
on i) Development of herbal resources, ii)
Iatrogenic, Chronic degenerative & Metabolic
disorders vis-à-vis Ayurvedic approach. This
seminar was attended by 780 delegates including
125 foreigners from 22 countries

The 3rd International Seminar on
Ayurveda was organized during February 3-5,
2002. It included: Workshop on 1)
Internationally Acceptable Ayurvedic Education,
2) Development of Herbal Drug Resources – A
Global View Point and Seminar on i) Quality
Improvement, ii) Rasayana Therapy -Preventive,
Promotive & Curative Aspects. Total 590
delegates including 60 foreigners from 20
countries had participated in this seminar.
